Q. Why can't I get my banner to display?

A. Check that you have the correct web address to your banner, by checking it in your browser address bar. It should begin with http://

A. Also - your banner must be either a .jpg or .gif file format, and the filename should not include spaces.

A. Finally - your banner image should be no larger than 468 pixels wide, by 60 pixels high - otherwise, it will not display

Q. How do I put the voting button on my website?

A. Once you have copied the html link code, form your control panel - you will need to paste the code into the part of your webpage, where you want the button to be displayed. This shouldn't be too difficult if you can access/edit the html code which lies behind the structure of your webpage.

N.B Remeber, with an automated page builder - you need to paste in the code, as 'HTML' - and NOT an image.
